Hey Bear, Good luck with your latest expedition. I know you will do well. I read your books and they are truly inspirational. I watch Man Vs. Wild as well. You are THE greatest! There's nothing you can't do. Take care!

Is it true Bear that your from the Isle of wight originally? Good luck with your latest mission, beats studying for uni exams any how...

Hi Bear, I have my 1st of 3 final exams for my degree later today. Watching "Born Survivor" has given me loads more inspiration to do my very best to pass. The amount of preperation for exams is nothing compared to this expedition and you have to succeed, failure is certainly not an option. Again, best of luck, if anyone can succeed you can! All the very best, Dan.

Yo Bear! I'm halfway through the Everest book, and it's good reading. I was watching Man-vs-Wild last night, and I watched you pick up a piece of elephant dung the size of a bowling ball, and squeeze the juice out of it like an orange! Yuck! Now that's survival of the fittest. Your the man, and good luck!

Hey Bear, just wanted to wish you Godspeed and the very best of luck. You are too outstanding of a person to take any unnecessary risks and I have no doubt that you will be successful. But still, be careful and may God watch over you and all the other members of your team! We will all pray for you: you are an inspiration to every single one of us. Stay warm! Dave R Tampa, FL

COOL! You get to paraglide over Mt.Everest. Are you scared Bear? I wish I could see you in person. Some of my friends think your crazy, but I believe in you, So make us proud!
Rogene Wagner (11/05/2007 03:50:46)
You and Gilo are true pioneers. This is history in the making.Orville and Wilbur Wright may not have had the whole world watching at the time of their first flight. No one then could have imagined they were starting the aviation industry.Who knows what this might lead to. Our prayers are for safety and favorable weather conditions. I know you are a great inspiration to your teammate Kyle We're looking forward to base camp updates!
